Caregiver / Personal Care Aide

Provide personal care and companionship in clients' homes across the Charlotte metro, following a written care plan and reporting changes to your coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals
  • Provide companionship and medication reminders
  • Light housekeeping and laundry tied to the care plan
  • Document each visit and communicate changes promptly

Requirements

  • Prior caregiving experience (personal or professional) preferred, not required
  • Completion of Aveno's onboarding and training
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Able to pass a background check and reference checks
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for roles that include transport
  • Compassion, patience, and dependability — the parts that can't be trained

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Deliver personal care with a CNA's training in clients' homes, supporting daily living and reporting to a supervising nurse where applicable.

Requirements

  • Active North Carolina CNA listing in good standing
  • Comfort working independently in a home setting

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for roles that include transport

Nurse (LPN / RN)

Conduct in-home assessments, build and oversee care plans, provide teaching, and coordinate with providers. Scope aligns with Aveno's current licensing.

Requirements

  • Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license
  • Home health or community nursing experience preferred
