Aveno exists because the moment a family starts looking for care is usually a hard one — and the experience of finding it is often worse than it needs to be. Fragmented providers, unclear answers, and a different caregiver every week.
We’re building the opposite: one organization that designs a plan around the person, staffs it with a consistent team, keeps the family informed, and can adapt as needs change. The name to remember is Aveno.
Starting with home and community-based care
Today, Aveno provides personal care, companion care, respite care, in-home aide services, and nursing support across the greater Charlotte region — Mecklenburg, Union, Cabarrus, and Davidson counties. These are the services we are focused on doing well first.
Built to support more over time
The organization is structured so additional service lines can be added as they are properly established and authorized. That architecture is intentional — but a service is only offered when it actually exists.
The Opening Threshold — Aveno’s mark for moving into a new chapter of care.
Potential future service lines
Architecturally supported, not currently offered. Listed for transparency about direction — not as available services.

No commitment, no script. A real conversation about the situation and the options.
